The flow of the house for Lok Neeti'23 on the topic- "Data Protection Laws in India: Balancing Innovation, Privacy & National Security" will be as follows:
•The event begins with oath and affirmation of speakers and deputy-speakers.
•Then comes the first session, the introduction of members , followed by the question hour between ruling and opposition parties.
• Next comes the calling-attention motion to draw attention of concerned ministers on certain topics.
• The event concludes with the last session that consists of introduction of bills on a pre-allocated topic, followed by discussion and voting on the draft bill. The house will then be adjourned.
A workshop will be conducted after registration process to guide the participants regarding the parliamentary mannerisms and a manual will be released for the same.
